They have been incredibly supportive of Apex, helping to bring awareness to our mission through the local community however they can. Owner Darlene Geekie, RVT and the medical team at Veterinary Angels Medical Center have literally been a godsend. It has been difficult finding a facility that specializes in large exotic animals and we’ve finally found them. Not only is their expertise and care amazing, but they have a special mission that they’ve extended to Apex: The Little Angels Project, the non-profit division of Veterinary Angels dedicated to making excellent medical care available to all animals in need. Alison and her team at Nature’s Farmacy West/A Better Way Pet Care in Lancaster, CA take animal care very seriously. Their store carries some of the best supplements for animal well-being around. Over the years they have supported us by making their supplemental care affordable for us to treat our pack, and we have had great success with their products in treating everything from arthritis to digestive issues.
